The HTPC is the main kodi machine. It handles all library updates as it is considerably faster than the chromecasts.
The HTPC runs linux, so the linux version of kodi needs to be installed. This is available via the packman repo on openSuse, so once the packman repo has been added, installing is just:
sudo zypper in kodi
This should pull in a few other packages, like inputstream.
